Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc in Golden Mosaic: Review and Swatches

I got the a mini Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc during the Holidays in the "Sephora Favorites: In the Glow Set". I believe the colors in the "quad" are supposed to be blended together and used over the face/cheeks/eyes as a luminizer/bronzer. However, the shade Golden Mosaic is a bit too dark to be used as an allover luminizer for my skin tone. So instead I have been using this as an eyeshadow quad.

The product I received is 0.14 oz and full size 0.21 oz Shimmer Blocs are available at Sephora for $49 CAD.

As you can tell by the swatches that these colors are super pigmented. They are, of course, all very shimmery. These work very well as eyeshadows and the colors feel like they are right out of the Urban Decay Naked Palette. The lightest shade can be used as an inner corner highlighter and the darkest color is great for the crease. Overall, I am totally in love with this little guy because this is so small and travel-friendly, it can replace a whole palette.

P.S. I saw that Sephora is offering this along with some other Laura Mercier products for their Beauty Insider 500 point gift, so it's totally worth getting if you have the points.
